Th22 and bacteria hiding in the vacuoles of host cells

TH22

Th22 releases il-22, il-13, and TNF alpha.

Staphylcoccus aureus moves into host cells using vacuoles.

il-22 is the il-20 family pore that leaks H+ out of vacuoles thus popping them

il-13 calls eosinphils

TNF alpha calls the NK cells
