Gluten how does it alter the immune system during a barrier breaking infection????

What does gluten do if it is not a serpin inhibiting the dimorphic changes in infections?  This blog will attempt to contemplate some possibilities.

Gluten appears with barrier breaking infections:
e.coli
strep
candida
t.gondii
sutterella
mycobacterias

These infections break through barriers but how does gluten makes the situation worse?

How similar is the intestinal and the blood brain barrier's immune system? Nature does conserve what works.....

New paper linking intestinal lumen and the BBB. When the intestine becomes stronger so does the BBB.

Zonulin is also an interesting dimension appearing at the lumen of the gut and the blood brain barrier

IFN temporary bbb crossing blocked but long term opens it?

growth factor like ability of gluten? gliadin effects EGF???

Weird full circle....
Were they looking because of this? Neuroserpin alters EGF????

Is gluten a serpin like i originally guessed? only it effects us not the infection?
Were they looking because of this? Neuroserpin alters EGF???? is it not a serpin?
