B cells, scs, dendritic cells, and antigens

B cells, scs, dendritic cells, and antigens

Do myeloid dendritic cells release exosomes before entering the lymph's T zone? Are they prepping the SCS with the same antigen the plan to present to the T cells?

exosomes  can be associated with dendritic cells, SCS, B cells , and stromal cells  https://www.researchgate.net/publication/311311347_The_Association_of_Exosomes_with_Lymph_Nodes

Exosomes are taken up by SCS and internal antigens are shown to the B cells. Are the exosomes from myeloid and plasmatoid dendritic cells? before entering lymph?

Do the conduits block the exosomes?  Are conduits only for outer antigens since they lie close to Follicular dendritic cells and seem to attract langerhans?
